This Dishonored 2 Raw Whalebone Guide will list the locations of all Raw Whalebones in Dishonored 2

Mission 02 (Edge of World)

  • 1 in the bloody gutter near the start
  • 1 on the table next to the dead whale with the rune in its mouth at the start
  • 1 in the water next to the dead whale just past the last one
  • 1 in a dumpster on the upper level of the docks area (near the black market building)
  • 1 on a table on the right side of the road leading from the black market to the Wall of Light checkpoint
  • 1 in a trashcan very near the last one
  • 1 near the Wall of Light checkpoint, in a small sewer channel
  • 2 in the Canal Square on the table with the rune and bonecharm (the one the Overseers are showing off)
  • 1 inside the safe on the third floor of the Overseer enclave (get combination from a note)

Mission 03 (The Good Doctor/Addermire Institute)

  • 1 to the far right of the main entrance terrace
  • 1 lying on the floor of the boarded up abandoned section
  • 1 on the makeshift shooting gallery near the broken windmill
  • 1 outside in East Terrace. On ground near area where guard is sitting reading a book
  • 1 in a sink in the kitchen
  • 2 in the wolfhound room
  • 1 in a tray on the terrace of the rear exit
  • 1 in a tanning box in a side room on the way to Dr. Hypathia
  • 1 on one of the autopsy tables in Hypathia's room.

Mission 04 (The Clockwork Mansion)

  • 1 by dead body in sewers
  • 1 near Outsider shrine. Crawl into next room through hole, go downstairs past bloodfles, go into lab with dead body. Will be in a tray among other items in trays near windows facing street view
  • 1 tray in fish shop on side alley with civilians
  • 1 on scale in shop above whale oil cellar
  • 1 side room of whale oil cellar
  • 1 tray on the street below bloodfly-infested artist's studio
  • 1 in oven in kitchen
  • 1 in basket on kitchen walkway under arc pylon
  • 1 bottom of pool under arc pylon

Mission 05 (The Royal Conservatory)

  • 3 in basement on taxidermy table
  • 1 in office area by burning trashcan
  • 1 in office "kitchen"
  • 2 on table in Ashworth's laboratory
  • 3 in laboratory side room

Mission 06 (Dust District)

  • 1 on sewer workbench
  • 1 on floor of apartment where you meet Meagan
  • 1 by mattress in boarded-up side alley to Overseer territory
  • 1 in boarded-up apartment by cliff
  • 1 in Overseer Confiscation room
  • 1 in desk in Mindy's study
  • 1 on bench in apartment opposite of Mindy's
  • 1 on table in Crone's Hand cellar
  • 1 behind bricks in Corvo's home
