The Pride Demon is an enemy boss in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
You first encounter this monster in the [[Dragon Age Inquisition: Temple of the Sacred Ashes|Temple of the Sacred Ashes], during the quest The Wrath of Heaven
How to kill
When the Pride Demon's health bar is gray, it has armor (guard) to all damage and might seem invulnerable
You MUST disrupt the rift to stun the demon and remove the demon guard. The Demon's health bar will turn back to normal.
To disrupt the rift, interact with it.
If you can't, change position and keep looking towards the rift to find the interaction point. Try getting closer or further away.
This is the most important part of killing the demon - if you do not disrupt the rift, the demon will remain invincible
Once the rift is disrupted, keep attacking the demon, but be sure to disrupt the rift again every time demon's health bar turns gray (this will happen several times throughout the battle)
This demon has a powerful lightning attack, so try to stay away from the line of sight while attempting to disrupt the rift.
