Completing all the optional sections will SIGNIFICANTLY increase your chances of being selected for beta participation. The more full the meter, the higher your chance of being invited to become an Elder Scrolls Online Beta Tester
Walkthrough
Level 0
Go to the Elder Scrolls Online Beta Sign Up Website:
http://signup.elderscrollsonline.com/
Level 1 (Empty Meter)
When the form is first loaded, the meter is empty. Start filling up the form. Fill your personal information.
Once that section is filled up, you will level up and meter will say "Average"
Level 2 (Average Meter)
Fill in all the gaming profile fields including your guild and guild website, games you have played, games you have beta tested, playstyles, and activities. This will level you up to "Above Average".
Level 3 (Above Average)
Follow the instructions to provide your system information, as well as writing a short paragraph or two on why they should select you over other applicants.
This will level you up to "Excellent"
Level 4 (Excellent)
This is the highest level you can reach and you should submit the form when you have reached this level to increase your chance of being selected.
If the meter is not showing "Excellent" and instead only showing "Average" and "Above Average", review the form to make sure you have answered all the questions.
If the "Complete Beta Application" button is grayed out or otherwise disabled, make sure you have entered the Capcha and agreed to the non disclosure agreement.
This completes the quest of joining the Beta Testing Program of The Elder Scrolls Online.
