I need to collect 3 more hearts to stop the rituals happening in the area. I need the hearts of the Graveborn: Fleshripper, Beheader and Soulrender.

Walkthrough[edit]
Graveborn Beheader is found on the Eastern side of the area you are hunting. if approached from the Northeast, you will have an easier time with approach itself. This greatly reduces how much support. This particular approach cuts Beheader's aid down to a pair of Worm Cult Assassins. The Graveborn will also not attack until struck, making dealing with the help a bit easier. Still, if they cross it, the Graveborn will join the charge.
When you take down the Graveborn Beheader, loot the body to claim its Rotting Heart
