"Key Invalid" is an error message you can get when inputting your key for the Elder Scrolls Online
Possible Causes:
- Key is not a valid key
- You entered the key incorrectly. Make sure all characters are correct and that there are no spaces between the characters, and try again.
- You entered a Beta Key when you already have Beta Access. Check your account page to see if your account is already tagged for Beta Access, as shown in the screenshot below:
