I found a Knight of St. Pelin in the Crypt of the Exiles who died while on an important quest. She sought to recover a sacred Redguard artifact, the Memory Stone of Makela Leki, and return it to a Redguard scholar.

Leave the dungeon and travel to the Northeast. Martyr's Crossing is fairly close and only a short ride away. Head into the camp you find there. Madiama sits near the middle. Just talk with her about

Madiama: "Do not concern yourself with me. My wounds are only superficial.
"There are many here in greater need of assistance than myself."
Vestige: "I have Makela's Leki's Memory Stone."
Madiama: "You do? I was told the Knights of St. Pelin might return it, but with the attack on the garrison, I had given up.
"This is beyond amazing. I know King Fahara'jad will be grateful. And you have my personal thanks, as well.
