The Blue Diamond (or "Blue Crystal") is an interactive object found in Barilzar's Tower in The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind.
It is one of five colored stones that are part of the riddle.
This is the FOURTH of the crystals you activate when solving Barilzar's Puzzle
The sequence is: Red - Yellow - Green - Blue - Violet
