It is located in Limsa Lominsa, on the Lower Decks
How to get to the Arcanists Guild[edit]
From the Aetheryte Plaza, go west past the East Hawkers Alley, continue west through Hawkers' Round and keep going west through West Hawkers Alley, then take the Mealvaan's Gate into the guild
