In Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn you can have a pet
Description
You can now summon a pet to do your bedding! You only have access to one pet now. but there will be opportunities to acquire many more as you continue your adventures. Cast the Summon from your hotbar to complete the arcane pact.
Once your pet is summoned, a fixed hotbar known as the pet hotbar will appear in addition your regular hotbars. The pet hotbar is preset with all the pet commands currently available to you. freeing up your normal hotbars for your personal actions and spells.
Pet orders and actions can also be set to your other hotbars by selecting them from the Pets interface found within Actons & Traits.
