Bobbi No-Nose is found in her house in Goodneighbor. This is down an alleyway nearby where Hancock likes to gives his speeches.
Backstory
Bobbi No-Nose is an ambitious person who has managed to tweak no few noses. One of those happens to be the Mayor of Goodneighbor, the possible Companion: Hancock.
She wants to hire the Sole Survivor to help her with her Big Dig to raid the hidden stash underneath Diamond City.
