Walkthrough
Make your way through the twisting paths of the Nucleus. Just after the sermon you will have little trouble finding and talking with the High Confessor.
Head through the doors just past the Decontamination Arches. Once outside the entry way, turn to the right and head up the ramp outside there.
This will get you up to High Confessor Tektus. Talk with him
