Experience, or XP, in Far Cry 3 is the currency with which your character's leveling progress is measured.
Experience is earned for killing enemies using takedowns, guns and vehicles.
Earning Experience will fill up the XP Bar. When full, the XP bar will reset and the player will gain a level, granting them a new Skill Point.
