Walkthrough

Go onto the road in front of you and set down your trap of Remote Explosives.
Wait for the jammer truck, the white semi, to drive over your Remote Explosive.
You can also use Proximity Explosives if they are well spread out to destroy the whole convoy.
Blow these vehicles up to complete the quest.
