- Feeney will descend on the location in a helicopter.
- If you have a Rocket Launcher, this is a great way to quickly end the fight.
- Otherwise, Feeney in the helicopter will run away.
- Quickly run over to the quad wheel and take off, chasing after the helicopter.
- Keep the roads for the most part to maintain the high speed you need to keep up with the helicopter.
- This will bring you to Feeney Residence, where you will encounter a force of Cultists.
