Far Cry 5: Mayday

Mayday in Far Cry 5 (FC5).

Mayday is a Prepper Stash in Far Cry 5, found in Whitetail Mountains.

Walkthrough

• Make your way to the bridge on the trail nearby the waterfall located close to the marker.
• Having read the Prepper Stash note, it is time to start climbing upwards and make your way there.
• Head to the East from the Bridge and follow the trail in that direction.
• Keep on the trail as it switches back to the West.
• Look to the North and up just after the switchback.
• This will bring you to the base of a grapple point.
• Use the Grapple Hook to climb upwards to the ledge above.
• At the top, go over to the West toward the waterfall.
• Climb up the first 2 ledges nearby to the West.
• Once again, go West and over to waterfall itself.
• There are 2 grapple points, the first one is easy enough, just climb upwards.
• Turn to the West, climbing up on the grapple rope just a little.
• Swing over the waterfall's edge and land on the nearby top of the waterfall.
• Once there, turn to the East, climbing out of the water and onto the nearby ledge.
• Go up the next 2 ledges, climbing up next to a bridge.
• Be careful as you approach the bridge because a Wolverine rushing up the slope.
• Go West, jumping the gap in the bridge and dealing with the 2 Cultists around said bridge.
• You can find a yellow metal crate to loot and a backpack.
• Go forward from this bit of wreckage and look to the North and up.
• You will find another pair of grapple points.
• Go upwards and turn to the East, where you will be able to see the target location across a gap.
• Head North and use the Grapple Rope to get across the broken bridge.
• Continue to the East and go to the ledge.
• Once again, use Grapple Hook to descend down over this particular ledge.
• Face East then run and jump across the gap over the waterfall.
• Head up the nearby stairs to the East.
• Continue East around the corner to reach the next gap you will need to swing across.
• Land and turn to the North, looking upwards to find a grapple point above you.
• This will lead you to the crash site itself with a few more Cultists there.
• Sneak up the slope and take down the nearby Cultist by the ammo containers.
• Remember this location to later collect the Prepper Magazines.
• Go up the slope and take out the next 2 Cultists.
• Continue to the North to the small wrecked crate to find the key.
• With the key in hand, turn to the South and head on down the slope.
• Open up the long box to claim the Prepper Magazines and money.
