Acquisition

• Head South out of Dutch's Bunker.
• You will see a tree with an observation platform on it.
• Climb up the ladder onto the platform.
• You will see a civilian under the guard of 2 Peggies, 1 beating them and 1 standing guard.
• Mark them with your binoculars.
• Drop to the ground and sneak into the nearby bushes.
• From there, move up behind the guard and perform a takedown.
• Continue forward, sneaking behind the other Peggie and perform a takedown on them.
• Liberate the hostage and they will tell you about the nearby Prepper Stash, Sunken Funds.

Walkthrough

• Make your way to the marked location on Dutch's Island.
• You will find a flooded cellar with a Prepper Note attached to the nearby pump house.
• It mentions that to drain the cellar, the power needs to be directed there from the nearby boathouse, but the key was not presented.
• Turn toward the Boathouse to the West.
• Use the nearby powerlines to quickly cover the distance and land on the roof of the boathouse.
• Loot the nearby toolbox for some more ammo.
• Dive into the water from the Western end of boathouse's roof, turning around underwater.
• Swim into the boathouse and climb out where you can see ropes hanging over the ledges.
• Once out of the water, go over to the Eastern door.
• To the right of the door you will see a key, grab it to get the Boathouse Key.
• Continue to the Northern wall, where you see a sparking wall switch.
• Throw the switch to direct power to the pumphouse over the cellar Prepper Stash.
• Head to the East, opening the door out of the Boathouse.
• From there, climb up and return to the Cellar.
• Go over to the valve adjacent to the cellar doors.
• Interact with it to drain the cellar and gain access to the Stash within.
• Go on down the stairs into the cellar.

• Inside the cellar, look toward the first table inside on the right.
• You will find a stack of money as well as a Bolted Pipe.
• Go over toward the lockers on the left (North) after that.
• In front of there, and on the bed, you will find a number of Arrows.
• Turn to the East after that, to the boards blocking a doorway.
• Use your melee weapon to smash the boards and the crate by your feet, or jump over it.
• This leads to the back section of the bunker.
• On the blue "Drinking Water" barrels on the left you will find 2 jars of Fasteners.
• The table on the right has more Arrows you can collect.
• Open the yellow ammo box on top of the stash to collect more gun ammo.
• Inside the safe you can find more money ($760) and the crafting material: 2 Nitro and 2 Casings.
• You can also find an Assault Rifle you can take.
• Turn to the West and head outside, having completed this stash location.
