Walkthrough
- With Frank dead, feel free to grab his LMG, but we are mostly after a stealth mission here, so no real reason to use it.
- Look to the East and watch for a nearby Highwayman to walk to the North or South.
- Ignore them, for now, if they go to the South of this overlook and get them with a takedown if they go to the North.
- Head to the table just to the North with a white bag on it, nearby a safe and a tape recorder.
- On the table you will see the previously mentioned white bag.
- Approach the bag and interact with it to claim the racing gear just inside it.
- You just need to finish escaping the prison now.
