"Bus Route" refers to the routes the Battle Bus can take in Fortnite Battle Royale.
The Battle Bus will go from one end of the map to another and you will have to jump along the way (or automatically get thrown out of the bus when you reach the end of the route)
While you are in the Pre-game Island you can bring up the map to see what route the bus will take and plan on which location to land, or if in a team game, discuss it with your Duo/Squad so that all land in the same place.
