Fly Explosives game mode is a Match Type in Fortnite Battle Royale.
The Fly Explosives Match Type was first released on July 31st, 2018, and is a limited time mode.
Overview
This mode combines the High Explosives limited time mode, and the vaulted Limited Time Item Jetpack.
Features
- Only Explosive Weapons (see below) are present in this mode.
- Ground Loot will occasionally spawn Jetpacks.
- Fly Explosives Jetpacks have increased fuel regen rate and decreased burn rate compared to Default Jetpacks, to keep pilots in the sky a bit longer.
- Between-storm wait times have been reduced due to players needing less time to find adequate loot (avg. match length should be lower than 20m).
- Rockets Ammo cap: 120
