Buy the Spooky Team Leader Outfit from the Item Shop.

The Spooky Team Leader Outfit is an Epic outfit that costs 1,500 V-bucks to purchase.

When you buy Spooky Team Leader, the Goodie Gourd Back Bling also becomes available in your locker to use with this or any other outfit.
