Overview
The Item Shop is a store to purchase cosmetics in Fortnite Battle Royale. The Item Shop was introduced in Patch 1.8. u The Item Shop includes various outfits, gliders, harvesting tools, and emotes. To purchase these cosmetics, you use V-Bucks.
Items are generally priced according to their rarity: Uncommon, Rare, Epic, or Legendary.
Some items are daily or weekly or otherwise available for a limited time only, and may be removed from the cash store after a certain time has passed.
You can equip the items in the "Locker" menu by selecting the slot the item is in and double-clicking it.
Note:
- All items are cosmetic only and grant no competitive advantage.
- Not all items will be available at all times. Check the store daily for new items. Many go in and out of rotation.
- Sometimes the item shop will offer non-skin items, such as letting you buy 10 Battle Pass Tiers for 900 V-Bucks.
- Other than the Item Shop, the main method of getting rewards are through the Battle Pass. These items are not listed in this page, but see:
- Some items are offered on a promotional basis, for example the Twitch Prime Pack skins, and the PS Plus Celebration Pack skins.
- You can get the Rogue Agent Outfit and Catalyst Back Bling by purchasing the Starter Pack.
- Your character can become Thanos temporarily by finding the Infinity Gauntlet in a special Fortnite x Avengers Marvel Crossover event.
