This notification appears onscreen when the player's vehicle has been impounded, and has sat in the impound lot for too long.
At this point, the car will be destroyed and the player will not be able to get it back.
Message
The message reads as follows:
"Your impounded vehicle has been destroyed by the authorities. You can call Mors Mutual Insurance to make a claim."
