Walkthrough[edit]
At the marked corner you will see a man pull a driver from their vehicle and gun it away. Turn and give chase. Either damage the vehicle enough they get out, take out tires or move up and use precise drive-by shooting to take out the driver.
If you force the driver from the car, be ready. He is armed and will open fire almost immediately. Kill him and get in the car. Bring it back to the owner. They will introduce themselves as Saeeda. All 3 Protagonists can trigger this event.
