"Deliver the car to Devin's garage" is an objective in the story mission Deep Inside in Grand Theft Auto V.

Make for the marked garage. Remember that Molly mentioned something about a "suspicious figure" nearby the garage. Just drive on in and the mission will finish out. It turns out that figure was Lamar. . Looks like these two are going to be working together again.
