Los Santos is the city name in which Grand Theft Auto 5 takes place. Not a real city, but based on Los Angeles

Grand Theft Auto V takes place in Los Santos and the surrounding countryside. Los Santos is located in the fictional state of San Andreas

While Los Santos is a made-up, fictional city, it is based on Los Angeles, California (Los Angeles = "The Angels", Los Santos means "The Saints")
