A brand new empty syringe
Usage[edit]
After killing a zombie (or, more risky, during combat), equip the Syringe and use E to fill it with the H1Z1 Virus to create Extracted Infected Blood
You can the inject yourself or another player with the syringe to infect them with the H1Z1 Virus
