These bruisers are bigger and tougher than the regular street punks
You can find them all around Hell's Kitchen, including the Street Level, Crumbling Brownstones, and the Abandoned Subway
Tactics[edit]
The Bruisers attack you in melee with a 3-balled flail
Try not to get too close since their attack deals a good amount of damage
On the other hand, the bruisers are relatively slow so you can use a hit and run tactic against them
