Is encountered with a group of Bounty Hunters led by Medreth just outside Dyrford Village, on the other side of the Western Bridge, near the Temple of Berath
The Cowled man traveled from Defiance Bay to Dyrford Village to help Medreth apprehend an Orlan named Nyfre.
