Trygil's Curriery is a Shop in Pillars of Eternity

It is located inside a broken tower on the eastern end of Dyrford Village, near of the East Bridge

You can find it also by going north from Winfrith's Arms and Armory

Here you can buy Leather armor, daggers, and other items.

Using scouting mode will reveal that one of the Dye Vats on the bottom right corner is lootable. Loot it to find a Currier's Key that will let you open a door leading to Trygil's Private Quarters.
Entering Trygil's Private Quarters will cause Trygil and Sabhan to become hostile and attack your party.
