After the dialog with Nalen Raloch immediately start running west towards the exit from the cave.
Strategy Guide/Tips
- Ignore the Flesh Raiders that run towards you and/or attack you. Attacking them would just be a waste of time, as your primary goal is to escape the cave alive.
