He is a Zabrak Padawan located at The Gnarls
He is part of a group of Padawans who have been separated from their Jedi Masters and then attacked by Flesh Raiders
Unlike Padawan Avitla who seeks revenge on the Flesh Raiders, Mennaus thinks the Jedi should not exert force and wishes to return to the Jedi Outpost peacefully.
