Zoom In/Out
Use the mousewheel or "+" and "-" to zoom the camera in SimCity 5. Can also use PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN
Move Camera
Right-click and drag the mouse to move the camera around, or use the W/A/S/D/number keys/arrow keys
Rotate Camera
Left-click and drag the mouse to rotate the camera, or press Q/E
Tilt Camera
Tilt camera up/down: END/HOME
Center camera on the most recent SimCity Wire event
Space Bar
