Addition - North Wing - Alchemy Laboratory is a schematic in Skyrim: Hearthfire. It is used by the Player Housing system.
Add the North Wing Alchemy Laboratory using the Drafting Table. You can only add one North Wing section to a house.
You can only expand your house with new wings after completing the Main Hall
The Alchemy Laboratory lets you create potions and poisons.
