Danica Pure-Spring is the chief prietress in the Temple of Kynareth found in Whiterun. She is greatly concerned about the state of the tree Gildergreen but is too busy with the injured and sick from the Civil War to be able to do anything about it.
If you complete The Blessings of Nature getting the sap, she will become available as a Restoration Trainer.
