“Escaped Criminal” is a Companion Faction Quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This mission can be receive from Skjor or Vilkas

Walkthrough

You will need to travel to the hold and find the criminal. They are constantly moving, which makes them harder to lock down in a single move. Approach and talk with them, they will go hostile after you talk with them. You can now kill them without incurring a bounty.

Kill them then return to Jorrvaskr to claim your reward.
