About
The Jarl of WInterhold, Korir, is strongly against the College that sits just outside his town. He believes it responsible for the Great collapse which destroyed a good portion of the town. He has grown bitter and cynical in general. He supports the Storm Cloaks or at least doesn't want the Empire to run Winterhold.
