Jouane Manette was a healer during one of the last major conflicts. During this time he met Rorik. The two of them have been inseparable since. He is one of the leaders of the community and works hard on the outreach for the small community here to help it thrive. He is happy to be away from war and wants to put all that behind him.
He is secretly teaching Sissel about magic. He is avoiding combat spells with her and focusing on more healing spells or defensive oriented spells.
