Negotiations

The Negotiations are scored based on the choices you make. The Dragonborn is the final arbiter on many of the decisions made during the council. Each will add a value to either side. The choices will vary based on what side the Dragonborn has aligned Themselves with for the Civil War quest line.

If the Negotiations favor the side the Dragonborn has chosen, then they are rewarded with a leveled Enchanted Weapon.
