Wayshrine of Radiance is a location in Skyrim: Dawnguard.
It is one of the Wayshrines you need to find in the quest Touching the Sky.
How to get there
In the Forgotten Vale, from where you found the Wayshrine of Resolution, go back across the bridge and down to the river. Follow river upstream for pretty long until you reach the entrance to the Glacial Crevice enter it and make your way south to the exit on the other side of the crevice. Cross the ravine through a Falmer Camp and go south into another tunnel, exit that tunnel to the west to arrive at the Wayshrine of Radiance.[1].
I had trouble finding the tunnel. For me it was NOT on the ground level. I went thru I think 2 elevated Falmer Camps. Then within the 3rd elevated camp, high up the cliff, there was an entrance to the tunnel.
