Wayshrine of Resolution is a location in Skyrim: Dawnguard.
It is one of the Wayshrines you need to find in the quest Touching the Sky.
[edit] How to get there
In the Forgotten Vale, from where you found the Wayshrine of Learning, go down back to the river. Head upstream towards the waterfalls, then follow the paved road up the mountains north, and cross the bridge west.[1].
