Having retaken Thirsk Mead Hall, Halbarn Halbarn Iron-Fur will move4 back in. Talk with him and he will ask you to bring him some supplies.
He will ask for 10 Stalhrim Ore and 15 Ebony Ingots. You can find a number of Stalhrim veins all over the island and occasionally in crypts. Ebony can be found from Vendors at Level 32 or above. You will need to manually track what you have collected and return to Halbarn Iron-Fur
