"Learn Word of Power" is an objective in the main quest "The Fate of the Skaal" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
It is time to head from the Skaal Village to Saering's Watchl, the only dragon lair on Solstheim.
There are a number of ways to approach this area. Most will recommend that you come up from Benkongerike, to the Southeast, you will be able to climb the rocks that overlook the area. This is especially helpful for Archers and Mages. It will trigger the Dragon and the Draugr below who will start fighting.
Otherwise, you will be approaching from the Northwest. This area is still very defensible because of the high amount of cover. You can always get into the huts which dot the slope up. This will provide protection from the Dragon and the Draugr Deathlords which populate the area.
Kill the dragon and the Draugr. Make your way up the stairs to the top of the Lair. There you will find the Word Wall. This wall has a word of the Bend Will Shout.
