"Search from the missing miners" is an objective in the side quest "Unearthed" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough
Head down the stairs and into the first chamber. Most of the Draugr are back in this room. Look to the sides and deal with them as you work forward. The Draugr are on the sides of the chamber. At least 3 are on each side.
This time, you will find Draugr in the second chamber. This is a Draugr Deathlord that is protecting the path forward.
Go down into the newly cleared opening in the back of the room. Go on through the door, ready for a fight.
Inside this chamber you will find more Draugr that are waiting for you. There is one across from the entry way on the right and one just to the left of the entrance inside the third chamber. Deal with them both before you move forward. Continuing to the West, you will find another Draugr that emerges from one of the shelves on the Western wall.
On that Western wall, across from where you entered this section, you will find a pull chain. Use it to open the way forward.
Turn to the East in the back hallway with the pull chain. You will find another Draugr waiting on the other side of the newly opened door.
Look to the North to find another pull chain. Activate it to clear the way into the next section of the hallway.
Turn back to the Southwest and head across from the doorway you just entered. A door will open, revealing stairs upwards with a Draugr waiting at the top of them. There is also a trip wire at the top of the stairs. Either jump over it or be ready to dodge the battering ram that is triggered by it. This can be used to kill the Draugr at the top of the stairs as well.
Turn to the left at the top of the stairs. Do not rush into the next room. There is a pressure plate in the floor that activates a Soul Gem trap on the far wall. Jump over the pressure plate and rush the trap to grab the Soul Gem.
Turn toward the East next. You will find another gate blocking your way. This time, there are a number of handles on the sides. One of them will open the gate while most of them will trigger traps. It is recommended to be as far back as you can while attempting to find the handle.
To open the gate, simply use the handle second from the top on the right-hand side of the doorway.
Go to the top of the stairs. You will find the corpse of one of the miners. This will determine the fate that they had suffered.
