Can confirm all codes except the one starting with HXKBT do work for Borderlands 3 for PSN when code is used at Shift.Gearboxsoftware.com. The code stated here just seems to be for Xbox BL3. Not sure if the Diamond Loot Chest codes work for PC.
I think the whole shift system is having crazy issues with expiring codes when they're supposed to. Many of the codes @DuvalMagic is tweeting out aren't available when he says they will be and are expiring too early.
