Myths abound about armored phantoms that terrorized brave heroes. These greaves look just like the ones they supposedly wore. They're a rather rare find.

Location
Acquisition
- Make your way to Puffer Beach in Faron.
- Get to the approximate coordinates: 0290, -3842, 0002
- Use any of the nearby Rockets, either attaching them to your shield or a rock and launcher yourself into the opening above.
- This will bring you into the Puffer Beach Overhead Cave.
- Once inside, head over to the Northwest and down the passage there.
- You'll find a shrine there with a white chest.
- Open the chest to claim the Phantom helm.
