The Base of Operations is a location in Tom Clancy's The Division.
The Base of Operations works as a personal hub for each Division Agent in the game. It has a central room and three wings. Each of the wings has numerous upgrades which unlock more talents and skills for the agent. It is the only private location. The changes made to each wing are unique to a player. Only they will be able to see them.

Radiant Missions[edit]
Talk with the Situation Officer and investigate the Situation Board to gain various Radiant side quests that you can complete.

Unlocking Wings[edit]
Each wing of the Base of Operations is unlocked by completing a specific mission for that wing. This rewards you with the item that will unlock the wing and give you access to the Wing itself through a laptop found at each location.
There are a total of 30 missions between the 3 Wings which you can unlock to gain access to more skills.
Unlocking Medical Wing[edit]
Complete the Madison Field Hospital mission and rescue Doctor Jessica Kandel
This gives you access to the Medical Skills and various Talents.
Unlocking Tech Wing[edit]
Complete the Subway Morgue mission and rescue Paul Rhodes
This gives you access to the Tech Skills and various Talents.
Unlocking Security Wing[edit]
Complete the Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint mission and rescue Roy Benitez
This gives you access to the Security Skills and various Talents.
