Head to Valsena is a Quest in Trials of Mana (TrialsofMana).

Walkthrough[edit]
- Von Boyage has gotten the party close to Valsena, landing them in the nearby Molebear Moors.
- These paths will require the party to jump into the Molebear Burrows and navigate through subterranean area to reach different sections of the map.
- Head North and over to the nearby Golden Goddess Statue to heal and save.
- This is a large area, with a lot of Sparkles and Chests to collect (and a lot of Molebears to fight).
- From the Goddess statue, jump over the ledge to the Northeast.
- Deal with the nearby Molebears and head over to the Eastern edge of the shore.
- There you can find a Blue Pot and a chest with Chocolate inside.
- Turn ot the North and run to the next small crest with a Sparkle that is 30 lucre.
- Go over to the Northwestern corner and look for the Sparkle in the corner to find a Candy.
- Head over to the East and into the next fight with Molebears as you head toward the large mound of dirt nearby the tree at the lake's edge.
- Before going down into the burrow, look to the Northwest, behind the small rock outcropping to find a chest.
- Inside the chest is some Chocolate, then it is time to head approach the mound.
- Look to the East of it to find a Sparkle with a Medical Herb.
- Jump down into the mound to find the first set of tunnels.
- Go over to the West to the first intersection of the tunnels.
- Deal with the few Molebears there and then there are 2 paths in front of you.
- Take a moment to head to the North to collect the nearby Sparkle with an Item Seed.
- Head to the Western portion to find a group of Batmos.
- This small room has a Blue Pot to recharge the CS Gauge.
- Head to the North after that and jump in the light to ascend back to ground level.
- Go over to the nearby person (if Duran is not in your party) to learn more about what has been happening in Valsena.
- Head over to the east to find more Molebears and then follow the path toward the South.
- There is a Sparkle to the left along the watery path to claim 40 lucre.
- Continue to the South to reach the medium island in the middle of the lake along this path.
- Defeat the Molebear and 2 Hobgoblins that are shielded.
- Break the shields with a heavy attack before continuing to the Southeast.
- On the opposite shore you will find more Molebears and Batmos.
- Jump into the Southern mound, to reach the next section of tunnels.
- In this section (Molebear Moors 3), start by going to the South.
- The Southernmost chamber has a few Batmos inside it.
- Go over to the nearby Southeastern Corner to find another chamber.
- Inside this chamber you will find more Molebears and Batmos.
- Clear out the chamber to access a Chest in its Eastern corner.
- Open it to collect a Honey Elixir.
- Go to the North from there, heading over to the East and into the nearest chamber off the main tunnel, which offers a path upwards.
- To the North is another split path.
- To the Northwest is another path up to the ground level.
- To the Northeast is a path to a chamber with 3 Hobgoblins and a Batmos and a chest.
- Inside the chest is 800 Lucre to claim.
- Head through the Northern chamber, this will bring you back to the Surface with a pair of adjacent mounds.
- Look to the West of the mound to find a Sparkle with 60 Lucre.
- Time to collect some more treasure chests and win plenty of battles.
- Go over to the West, heading up the slope to find a chest with a Cup of Wishes.
- Turn over to the East to find more enemies where you can encounter Molebears and Batmos/Beelancers.
- Go up onto the nearby ledge to find another tree with a chest at its base.
- Inside the chest you can find a Chocolate.
- Continue to the Southern side, going up the nearby slope to reach a ledge with more enemies on it.
- Defeat the Molebear and Beelancers.
- Continue to the South to find another mound to jump into another mound.
- This will bring you back into Molebear Moors 3 into the Southwestern chamber.
- Make your way to the North and jump upwards to return to the ledge.
- Go to the Northeast and jump down into the Southeastern mound on ground level.
- This will bring you into Molebear Moors 4, so head to the South.
- In the Southeastern corner will be a chamber with a Chest a few Hobgoblins and Batmos.
- Start with Charge (or CS Strike) Attacks to break the Shields around them.
- Clear them out to access the chest to find a Chocolate.
- After that go to the Southern chamber to find a group of Batmos and find a Purple Pot to restore MP.
- Head into the Western chamber of this section and use the path upwards to reach a new section of the Molebear Moors.
- This will bring you to the small disconnected island with a chest on it.
- Inside the chest is Rondel Blade.
- Head back into the tunnels below, so it is time to start heading toward the castle town itself.
- Back in the tunnels, head to the Northern exit of the area.
- Continue to the North, taking the upward sloped path toward the windmills.
- This section brings you up against more Beelancer and Rabites.
- Going to the North will bring you into another fight against Beelancer and Rabites.
- If you continue to the North, you will enter Valnesa.
- Look to the Sparkle on the small ledge nearby the entry path toward Valsena to find an Item Seed.
- There is a bit more to find in this area before continuing forward.
- Head to the Southeast to start the search through this area.
- Just before the toppled tree over the path, you will likely encounter a fight Rabites and Assassinants.
- Go under the toppled tree to encounter more Rabites.
- Go over to the West and climb the small hill to find more Rabites and Assassinant.
- Climb up onto the near top of the path to find the toppled tree.
- Go across the toppled tree to find a chest with 30 lucre.
- From there, go over to the Southeast over to the Tree to find another chest with Cup of Wishes.
- Opening the chest will cause 3 more Rabites to appear.
- Defeat them and continue to the East, climbing the stairs to the next portion of this area.
- Look to the East of these stairs to find a Sparkle with 4 Lucre
- At the top of the stairs, expect to encounter a trio of Beelancers.
- Go over to the Eastern corner here to find a chest with Cup of Wishes.
- From there, start going Southward across the bridge to find more enemies, but also more Sparkles, chests, and Lil Cactus.
- Defeat the Rabites that are at the base of the bridge and then go across.
- On the other side of the bridge, look to the East to find more Rabites to defeat.
- They guard a Sparkle with 4 lucre.
- Go over to the SOuthwest after that and jump up onto the first ledge.
- Follow that ledge to the East to find a Sparkle with 2 lucre.
- Go on up the nearby stairs after that to the top ledge.
- Defeat the either 2 Beelancer or Batmo here.
- To the East, left of the bridge base, is a chest with 2 Candies.
- Go across the bridge to find Lil Cactus, so approach and talk with them.
- Continue to the South to find a big fight with Rabites and Batmos (Night) or Beelancers (Day).
- Any farther South and you will enter Stonesplit Gap, so turn back to the North and head toward the bridge.
- Stop at this side of the base of the bridge and look to the left to find more Rabites guarding a Sparkle of a Candy
- Continue to the North from here, crossing the bridge and look to the West, where you can find a Sparkle of a Medical Herb, with a few Rabites nearby.
- Grab that and head back to the North and finally head into Valsena.
- Expect a few more fights along the way of course.
