The police will soon seal off the stadium. You need to create a distraction fast, so that you can escape. You must access the Stadium Security System and create a Blackout

From where Alan Gomez is standing, rotate the Security Camera counterclockwise towards the Building Security Router near the door:
Then, hack the Router and the view will switch to the ctOS Server Room. Hack the ctOS Servers to complete the mission objective.
