A starved child looking for food on the floor in Velen in the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt

You meet this boy in Grayrocks during the quest Mans Best Friend

He can be seen inside a Cottage looking for food on the ground

Him and his friends are trapped inside the house and are too afraid to go out because a Wild Dog is waiting outside.

After you complete the quest Man's Best Friend, he and his friends can be seen outside playing in the yard.

"wooooow! Your eyes - they's like me kitty cat's!"

"I's Hungry"

"What happened to your mug?"

"Mum don't let us talk to strangers"

"One, two, three - the old witch sees thee!"

The boy and his friends were so hungry they had to roast their dog and eat it.
Some of the childrens' parents were killed by the Nilfgaardians, while others abandoned them so that they have less mouths to feed.
