This is the VP-70 Automatic Pistol that was carried by William Gorman in the movie

Mission

No Hope in Hadley's

Location

At the end of the Underground Tunnels under Hadley's Hope. You and O'Neal arrive at the Communications Tower Doors. O'Neal will open the door after you have killed all the aliens in the area.

Past this door you will arrive at a room that has Gorman's Pistol on the table.
